The Oleo P 40 series is designed for operations processing approx. 300 kg of seed or more per week. With up to 40 kg/h throughput – double that of the P 20 series – the P 40 is the powerhouse of the OleoPress product line.

What is the difference between P 40 N, U, and S?

All three reach 40 kg/h. P 40 N (220 kg) is the heavy-duty standard. P 40 U (200 kg) is slightly lighter and more flexible. P 40 S (220 kg) features a 4 kW motor for extremely hard seeds and high-torque requirements.

Why does the P 40 have double the throughput of the P 20 with similar motor power?

The higher throughput is achieved through optimized, larger screw and cylinder geometry. The P 40 has a larger pressing surface and improved conveying geometry, processing more seed per unit of time with the same energy input.
