the Cambas press cylinder is a central and crucial component of an oil press. he is that housing or the hollow bodyin which the actual pressing of the oil seed takes place. Within the press cylinder, the press spindle (screw) and transports the regrind under constantly increasing pressure in the direction of the press head with the Nozzle.
Function of the Kambas press cylinder:
- Recording of the pressed goods: The cylinder picks up the oil seed from the feed area of the oil press through the funnelr to press spindle arrives.
- Generation of pressure: In connection with the rotating press spindle the cylinder generates the necessary mechanical pressureto remove the oil from the cells of the seeds to solve. The diameter of the extinguisher is chosen based on the seeds and is crucial for the amount of oil escaping.
- Guide of the press spindle: The cylinder serves as a precise guide for the rotating pressing spindle to ensure smooth running and the necessary pressure to be generated.
